Terms of Service
Effective August 2, 2026
These terms govern your use of AtlasTrack. By accessing the service, you agree to these terms.
Using AtlasTrack
You may use AtlasTrack to organize legitimate travel information for yourself and people who have authorized you to manage or view their information. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of submitted data, and activity performed through your account.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse AtlasTrack, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload unlawful or malicious material, violate another person's privacy or rights, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Third-party services
AtlasTrack may connect to identity, mapping, travel, email, and infrastructure providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable.
Travel information
AtlasTrack is an organizational tool, not an airline, travel agency, emergency service, or authoritative source for schedules. Confirm time-sensitive travel details with the relevant provider.
Paid plans and trials
AtlasTrack offers Plus and Pro subscriptions with one 14-day trial per organization. Stripe Checkout shows the recurring price and currency, applicable taxes, first charge date, billing frequency, and cancellation terms before you confirm. A payment method is required. Unless you cancel before the disclosed trial end, the subscription automatically converts to the selected paid plan and renews at the monthly or annual billing interval selected at Checkout until canceled.
You may cancel through the AtlasTrack billing-management flow. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period unless Checkout or applicable law states otherwise. You may reverse a scheduled cancellation through billing management before access ends if Stripe makes that option available. When a plan ends or its allowance decreases, data above the new allowance may be archived and unavailable rather than immediately deleted.
Taxes, billing notices, and refunds
Displayed prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Stripe calculates and collects applicable transaction taxes based on the information supplied at Checkout. You are responsible for keeping billing and tax information accurate. AtlasTrack or Stripe may send transactional messages about trial expiration, receipts, invoices, failed payments, subscription changes, and cancellation; these service messages are not marketing subscriptions.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at Checkout, charges are final and non-refundable, and canceling does not produce a prorated refund or credit for unused time. If you believe a charge is unauthorized, duplicated, or made in error, contact AtlasTrack support promptly and no later than 14 days after the charge so it can be reviewed. This review window does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights or card-dispute rights.
Service changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access when necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.
Disclaimer
AtlasTrack is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AtlasTrack will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service or reliance on travel information.
Termination
You may stop using AtlasTrack at any time. Canceling a subscription retains your account and data under the Free plan after paid access ends. An account owner may instead use the separately labeled permanent-deletion action, which immediately ends billing and deletes the account's active data and owned authentication identity; this cannot be undone. AtlasTrack's production operating requirement is for protected backup copies to remain outside ordinary access and age out within 30 days unless longer retention is legally required. Provider retention and deletion-aware restore controls must be verified for each production deployment, and deleted data must not be intentionally restored to active service. Limited records may be retained longer where required by law, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute resolution. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, security risk, or legal necessity.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions may be submitted through the verified AtlasTrack contact form.
